Safety, Health and Environment Assistant

Job Summary Report to the Safety & Health Assistant Manager, carry out the day to day operations of SHE and contribute to the application of effective Health, Safety and Environmental management b by providing technical support. Job Responsibilities: 1. Conduct site perimeter walk as per the required time interval and report findings. 2. Conduct site walk as per required time interval, enforce PPE compliance and report findings. 3. Conduct site walk as per required time interval to ensure good condition of all safety equipment (firefighting, first aid, protections, signages, etc.) and report findings. 4. Regularly monitor contractor's work and enforce rules & regulations. 5. Distribute and report PPE, first aid items, fire extinguishers. 6. Ensure all task in TPM are completed and updated into OMS. 7. Keep track and report scheduled waste quantities. 8. Conduct and record gas leak test, pump test and other required tests. 9. Update all SHE documentations. 10. Follow up and purchase request, CSR and stationary items. 11. Ensure cleanliness of SHE related items and areas. 12. Collect and report safety, health and environmental data points. 13. Work closely with the Production- Team pertaining to safety requirement. 14. Keep up-to-date with recommended codes of practice and few safety literature circulate information applicable to each level of employee. 15. Any others duties that may assigned by the superior from time to time. Job Requirement: 1. Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health 2. Safety Coordinator Certificate 3.
