Job Overview: To support and assist the Marketing & Communication Department in raising the visibility of the school by carrying out an effective marketing and communications plan to attract new students, publicize the strengths of the academic faculty and promote the profile of the School across the region and abroad. The post holder is expected to contribute to a conducive learning environment with a deep understanding of school’s vision and founding principles and an aspirational culture throughout the school. Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design, Photography and Video Editing Assistance • Support the design team in creating visually appealing materials for school marketing, such as posters, flyers, and digital graphics. • Collaborate on maintaining a consistent visual identity for school communications. • Assist in photography, video planning & editing for school marketing purpose. Content Creation: • Assist in creating engaging content for school communications, including social media posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. • Work closely with staff and students to showcase the school's achievements and activities. Social Media Management: • Contribute to the planning and execution of social media strategies to highlight school events, achievements, and student life. • Monitor social media platforms, engage with the school community, and share relevant content. Event Support • Assist in the event planning for all marketing related activies; • Assist in the coordination and promotion of school events, including open days, orientations, and extracurricular activities. • Coordinating the School’s presence at exhibitions both nationally and internationally • Capture and document event highlights through various marketing channels. • Assist on VC management, handle visitors with marketing informations; Assist in social media management (event) Others: Any other tasks or duties as and when assigned by the SISM management. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Marketing/Business/Management/Mass Communication/Graphic Design or related fields. • A team player and able to work independently when required. • Highly motivated, ambitious and collaborative. • Experience in the education industry is an advantage. • Good command of written and spoken English
