Qualification • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Management, or a related field. Experience • A minimum of 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture and project management. • Well-versed in development, planning, implementation, and management of projects • Demonstrated leadership ability in managing projects and teams effectively • An energetic and responsible project manager focused on delivering successful project outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Reporting to Director: Provide direct updates to the Director on project progress, financial status, and any emerging issues. • Project Oversight: Lead and manage wide range of landscape projects from start to finish, including new tasks, while meeting deadlines and quality standards. • Profitability Focus: Monitor project costs with team and implement strategies to maximize profit margins while maintaining high-quality work. • Client Liaison: Manage and communicate daily with the External Project Team (clients, consultants, main contractors, suppliers, and others) on project requests. This includes taking briefs, new task, gathering requirements, compiling information, updating the team via email or WhatsApp, and following up on items that need responses. • Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with both Internal and External Project Teams involved in project matters to encourage collaboration and support. • Project Coordination: Develop detailed project plans to ensure they meet project deadlines and align with company goals. a) Perform thorough assessments of project sites to evaluate conditions and mitigate potential challenges in advance. b) Create comprehensive work programs that define project schedules, key milestones, and resource distribution. c) Compile and deliver regular progress reports to the Director and Project Team, highlighting project status, financial metrics, timelines, challenges, and recommended solutions. • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate both internal and external teams, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and project specifications. Monitor team performance and provide guidance to uphold high standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Meeting Attendance: Participate in all project-related meetings with both Internal and External Project Teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all landscaping projects meet local regulations, established procedures, and environmental standards. • Other Responsibilities: Take on any extra duties assigned by the Director and assist the team as needed.
