Responsibilities: Prepare staff claims and petty cash. To ensure proper maintenance of records, documents and filing to support all accounting entries. Responsible for accurate and timely data entry and updating new suppliers‘/ customers’ details. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Handling of purchase orders and supplier invoices while ensuring the accuracy of all data and information as recorded. To handle correspondence with suppliers and authorities/3rd parties. Preparation of Shipping documents. Timely and accurate updating of shipping status. Issuance of shipping reports in accordance with Client’s requirements. Uploading of supporting documents. Manage outgoing and receiving courier. To contact courier company to check on status update of parcel if any delay Timely update of reports. Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / SPM "O" Level, Diploma, any field. At least 2 years (s) of working experience in the related field is for this position. Ability to communicate effectively in basic English and Bahasa, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage. Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office, MS Power. Well-organized with strong attention to detail. Able to multitask and a team player. Job Benefits Working hours 8.30 am to 6 pm; Monday to Friday. Able to work at Petaling Jaya Selatan, Selangor. EPF, SOCSO and EIS. Annual Leave.
