Supervisor

1. Reporting to Production Manager/Assistant Production Manager. 2. Responsible for production operation and related matters. 3. To achieve production objective such as line output, productivity, efficiency, quality, yield and machines utilization. 4. To manager resources effectively. 5. To ensure meet of shipments schedule. 6. To perform posting data, such as GR and scrap and submit production report on daily, weekly and monthly basis. 7. To initiate preventive actions for the occurrence of non-conformity products and recommend solutions. 8. To coordinate with Store in regards with inventory of finished goods and materials. 9. To ensure production operation meets the company's quality policy and objectives and comply to customers' requirements. 10. To initiate improvement plan and continuous improvement plan for production operation and cost saving. 11. To lead production team support to the management and customers such as implementing quality system, attending internal and customer audits, etc. 12. To promote housekeeping and safety. 13. Other duties and assignment by superior from time to time.
