QC Lead Inspector- Metal Fabrication

Key Responsibilities: • Conduct and oversee quality inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with engineering drawings and customer specifications. • Guide and work together with QC inspectors, ensuring daily assignments are completed within the required time frame and in accordance with quality standards. • Monitor production operations to identify opportunities for process improvements and provide recommendations to enhance product quality. • Maintain and manage traceable quality data records for reporting and easy retrieval. • Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions to resolve issues. • Ensure all metal parts, including cuts and bends, conform to drawing specifications and customer requirements. ________________________________________ Requirements and Qualifications: • Education: Diploma in Quality Assurance, Metal Fabrication, or a related field. • Experience: o Minimum 2 years of experience in the switchboard industry. o At least 3 years in a quality control role. • Technical Skills: o Proficient in reading engineering and mechanical drawings. o Experienced in using QC measuring tools such as multimeters, dial calipers, and other inspection equipment.
