MUSUN Malaysia Gadget Supply company Vacant Company Industry : Telecommunication Accessories (Wholesale & Retail) Working Days : Monday to Saturday Working Hours : 9am to 6pm Remuneration : Basic salary negotiable (based on education level & experience) Location : No 10, Jalan Molek 1/5b, Taman Molek, 81100, Johor Bahru, Johor Able to working independently, responsibility person, able to learning. Able to travelling outstation & have own transport (car) Able to work immediately preferred Experience in Wholesale Industry and Retail Chain House or related field is first considering With basic, commission, allowance, annual bonus (EPF, SOCSO ,EIS, HRDF provided) Individual sales commission up to 10% Salary increment after confirmation based on performance JOBSCOPE : * Perform outbound sales calls to customers on existing databases. * Cold-calling prospective clients and explaining our products to them. * Upsell the products to customers by sharing the company as promotions or deals. * Building rapport with customers and maintaining good relationships. * Provide accurate information about a product, features, and benefits. * Able to handle difficult clients and continually improve sales techniques. * Promote products or services using persuasive language and techniques. * Suggest new ways to promote company offerings, create organic growth, and increase reach to consumers. JOB REQUIREMENTS : * Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or conducting sales calls. * Demonstrated ability and comfort in engaging in daily sales call activities. * Proficient in utilizing computers, equipped with a robust internet connection, and possess a dedicated work laptop. * Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and adeptly managing time. * Exemplary attention to detail to ensure adherence to high-quality standards in deliverables. * Proficiency in identifying, conceptualizing, and championing innovative and unconventional solutions.
