We serve various industries efficiently, from construction to logistics, with precision-engineered products. About the Job: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our team at BW Scaffold Sdn. Bhd., located in Banting and a part of the BWYS Group. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Warehouse & Logistic Manager with warehouse management processes. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and applicants with prior warehouse and logistic experience will be given preference. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure delivered goods align with the details specified in the delivery order, including product items and quantities. 2. Plan and coordinate activities for lorry drivers to enhance efficiency and productivity in transportation. 3. Communicate efficiently with colleagues in related departments and customers, promptly responding to their requirements. 4. Prepare for the repackaging of returnable items and finished goods into loose packaging. 5. Address and resolve issues related to transportation, logistics systems, export, and customer concerns. 6. Monitor vehicle road tax, license, inspection, and permits expiry dates, as well as manage maintenance costs. 7. Ensure trucks and containers are in optimal condition for use, overseeing proper loading and unloading to prevent damage to goods. 8. Manage the weighing in and weighing out of trucks/vehicles on the weighbridge. Qualifications & Skills: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary / STPM / “A” Level / Pre-U or any field. 2. While prior experience is a plus, this is an entry-level position, and candidates with less experience are encouraged to apply. 3. Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience in a related field will be given preference. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Familiarity with logistics software and inventory management systems is a plus.
