- Handle daily operations - Meet KPI - Track and trace shipments and communicate timely correspondence back to both customers and vendors. - Prepare billing and costing - Resolve any issues regarding billing or shipping discrepancies. - Attend to customers' enquiries and advice to customers about possible problems or delays. - Communicate with shippers, vendors, liners, agents & clients and resolve any complaints. - Work with carrier / co-loader for booking arrangements. - Handle all custom formalities with the customs and other authorities regarding customs clearance. - Liaise with clients and agents with proper HS Codes and duty/tax amount. - Ensure all dangerous goods / hazardous cargo documents are in place and procedures are met with approval from the carrier where necessary. - Coordinate smooth delivery for consignments/shipments - To perform billing and costing timely
