Key Responsibilities: 1) Administrative Support: -Perform general administrative tasks including answering phone calls, drafting letters and renewal agreements, scanning, copying, filing, and distributing lease documents and other correspondence. 2) Tenant Management: -Deliver excellent customer service by addressing tenant inquiries and needs. Maintain and update tenant records, including lease expirations, contact lists, utility accounts, move-in and move-out inspections, and renovation records. 3)Contract Management: -Organize and maintain office contracts and files, ensuring they are easily accessible and up-to-date. -Track and file expiring contracts, such as those for fire extinguishers and skylifts, and coordinate renewals or follow-up actions as needed. 4) General Office Coordination: -Support the smooth operation of the property management office by managing supplies, maintaining document accuracy, and providing administrative assistance to the team. 5)Ad Hoc Tasks: -Handle additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management to support office and property management operations.
