Waiter / Waitress - Banquet

SCOPE: Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests according to hotel standards and standards of procedures. JOB SPECIFICATION & RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Performing food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner 2. To anticipate, maintain and improve personal contacts with hotel guest in order to up sell and generate more revenue 3. To ensure highest standard in service of all food & beverage products 4. Maintain a friendly, neat and professional image to the guest, be friendly and smiling under any circumstances, always check personal hygiene and be well groomed in appearance with an immaculate uniform. 5. Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service 6. Perform any other job-related tasks as assigned by the Superior and Head of Department.
