Sales Executive (Telemarketer)

Responsibilities : -Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services. -Respond to inbound inquiries and follow up with interested clients. -Identify and qualify sales leads through communication and active listening. -Schedule meetings for field sales representatives or further discussions with potential clients. -Offer promotions or discounts to drive sales when applicable. -Maintain accurate records of calls, client details, and sales outcomes in CRM systems. -Build positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Requirements : -Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields. -Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is advantageous. -Fast response and the ability to handle inquiries promptly is crucial. -Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive tone. -Strong active listening and interpersonal skills. -Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a sales-driven environment. -Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets. -Positive attitude and resilience under pressure. -Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and phone systems.
