Computer Engineer- AI Server and GPU Maintenance

About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Engineer to join our team at EDS GLOBAL SDN. BHD. in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and support of our AI server and GPU infrastructure, playing a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of our cutting-edge technology solutions. What you'll be doing Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on our AI servers and GPU systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime Implement and maintain effective monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address any issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new AI servers Provide technical support and guidance to our users, helping them to utilise our AI and GPU resources effectively Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI server and GPU technology, and recommend upgrades or improvements to our infrastructure Participate in project planning and implementation to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and solutions Contribute to the development and documentation of best practices, processes and procedures for the management of our AI and GPU systems What we're looking for Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering or a related technical field Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the maintenance and support of servers, GPU systems and other high-performance computing infrastructure Strong understanding of the latest AI and GPU technologies, including their architecture, performance characteristics and integration requirements Proficient in the use of monitoring and diagnostic tools, as well as experience in scripting and automation to streamline maintenance and support tasks Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve complex technical issues Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to end-users Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the field of AI and GPU technology What we offer At EDS GLOBAL SDN.
