Junior Designer

Job Description We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Designer to join our team. As a Junior Designer, you will assist in creating engaging and visually compelling designs across various platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute fresh ideas to our creative projects. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Assist in designing digital and print materials, such as social media graphics, presentations, banners, brochures, etc. • Collaborate with senior designers and team members to brainstorm creative ideas and solutions. • Ensure design consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. • Support in maintaining and updating the design library and assets. • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices. • Participate in feedback sessions and implement revisions as needed. ________________________________________ Requirements Must-Have Skills: • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Sketch. • Basic understanding of typography, layout, and color theory. • A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant work (can include academic or personal projects). • Good communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills (Not mandatory but a plus): • Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or Premiere Pro). • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools. • Familiarity with web design tools like HTML, CSS, or WordPress. • Experience with prototyping tools Qualifications: • A degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields (preferred but not required). • 0–2 years of experience in design roles (internship experience is acceptable
