Event Planning and Coordination:- Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand the technical and production requirements of events.
- Develop comprehensive production schedules and timelines.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and contractors to secure necessary equipment and resources.
Production Management:- Oversee the setup, operation, and dismantling of event infrastructure, including stages, lighting, sound, and visuals.
- Supervise on-site production crews such as audio-visual technicians, stagehands, and riggers.
- Ensure all technical elements align with the event’s creative vision and branding.
Technical Oversight:- Manage and troubleshoot technical equipment during rehearsals and live events.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and venue regulations.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, including floor plans, cue sheets, and risk assessments.
Budget Management:- Track production budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare post-event financial reports, including analysis of production costs and efficiency.
Post-Event Activities:- Coordinate the dismantling and return of rented equipment.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to identify improvements for future events.
- Prepare detailed production reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Marketing and Promotions Event Activities: - Develop and execute promotional strategies to attract attendees, including digital campaigns, email marketing, and social media outreach.
- Work with designers and content creators to produce promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and social posts.
- Liaise with PR teams for media coverage and influencer engagement.
Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).
