Collaborating with architects and other building design professionals to develop efficient and sustainable building automation solutions.
Creating system designs and schematics based on project requirements and specifications.
Selecting appropriate equipment and components to meet project requirements.
Conducted site surveys and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization of existing systems.

Programming and commissioning building automation systems:

Writing and testing software code for building automation systems.
Configuring and integrating various building systems, such as HVAC, lighting, security, and access control.
Commissioning and testing the system to ensure IT is functioning correctly and meets project specifications.

Troubleshooting and resolving system issues:

Managing project timelines and budgets:

Collaborating with project teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinating with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
Tracking project progress and reporting on project status.

Training end-users:

Conducting training sessions for end-users to facilitate the effective use of the building automation systems.
Developing user manuals and documentation to guide end-users.

Staying up-to-date with industry standards and best practices:

Staying up-to-date with advancements in building automation technology and industry standards.
Participating in industry conferences and training sessions to improve knowledge and skills.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent in related field.
Minimum of 3 years relevant experience preferably with good knowledge of BMS
Excel in time management
Candidate willing to travel outstation on project basis
