Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in process improvement, business analysis, or operations management. • Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional collaboration. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Certification in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is a plus.
