Job Description - attend customer IT related sales or product enquiry - Monitoring and maintaining online platform enquiry include company website enquiry - Installing and configuring IT equipment such as computer hardware, software, telecommunications systems & programming, networks, printers and time attendance systems - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, networks and servers, time attendance, keyphone systems. - Responding in timely manner to service issues and request. - Troubleshooting and fixing on any IT issues such as network operations, computer system and server operation, time attendance and keyphone systems. - Provide end user training and technical support across the company (via in person or over the phone). - Repairing and replacing IT equipment as necessary. - Testing and operate the new technology equipment. - Setting up systems for new users. - Maintain and record accurately inventory of IT equipment. - Maintain proper IT documentation / report. such as supporting the development of sales plans, managing clerical activities of sales efforts, verifying client invoices and other accounting documents or records, compiling data, and preparing reports for each project.- perform a variety of general sales support tasks, - Any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management. Job Requirements: Minimum SPM qualification or certificate in Computer related, or Mechanical and Electrical. Or similar. At least 3 years working experience in the electrical and Networking or door access system related facility management services. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
