• Manage the administrative affairs of the company. • Communicates with HQ and establishes positions required for the company's operations based on development needs and local conditions. • Oversees employee recruitment and employee relationship management, including payroll administration. • Coordinates internal and external communications. • Establish necessary company policies and procedures. • Ensure that all HR communications are completed in a timely manner, i.e. Confirmation, probation, extension, etc • Ensure that IR related matters, i.e., disciplinary actions, counselling, misconduct investigations, and grievance handling, are conducted in accordance with guidelines and policies and are completed within 72 hours. Prepare a chronological report if necessary. • Supervises the implementation of employee benefits, i.e., uniforms, health indicators, etc., according to schedules and plans. • Oversees supplier procurement and negotiation – liaises with the Head of Procurement when system tools, equipment, or activities need to be ordered. • Assists the logistics department in handling goods when required. • Conduct an annual review of all human resources and administrative standard operating procedures. • Other responsibilities necessary for the normal operation of the Company.
