Accountant / Accountant Assistant

• Declare a series of taxes and fees such as individual income tax, provident fund, sales tax, insurance, and salary payment; • Cost accounting, accounting with work experience in the factory; • Operation of ERP system (U8 system, training required at headquarters) • Import and export customs bills, supplier contracts, supplier invoices, sales contracts, sales invoices, bills of lading, processing tax exemption and other export data collection and tax declaration; • Issuance of financial statements • Preparation and processing of purchase orders. • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information. • Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers. • Take responsibility for the success or failure of material shipping and delivery schedule • Responsible for troubleshooting any concern related to international freight transportation • Work with existing transportation suppliers on optimal delivery rate and routing • Assist with inventory management and stock control. • Other ad-hoc tasks as when required
