Provide customers with tailored advice and recommendations to help them find the perfect gaming products.
Develop in-depth knowledge of our gaming products to confidently answer customer queries and ensure satisfaction.
Manage in-store inventory, organize displays, and ensure all products are well-presented.
Handle cashiering and checkout processes efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
Collaborate with the team to participate in promotional activities and brand marketing efforts.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store to provide a welcoming shopping environment.
Assist with ad-hoc tasks and operational requirements assigned by supervisors.

Minimum Education: SPM or equivalent (education is not a primary consideration).
Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
Proficiency in Mandarin is required; fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
Strong personal qualities such as integrity, responsibility, and a willingness to learn and adapt are highly valued.
Passionate about the gaming industry is a plus.
Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays.
Willing to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing schedules and rest days.
Self-disciplined, honest, and responsible, with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability.
Detail-oriented with excellent observation and problem-solving skills.
Possess strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both teammates and customers.
Hardworking and efficient in completing daily tasks.
Proactive and willing to contribute to the team and company.
