Job Description:

As Quality Metrology Operator at Micron Memory Penang, you will be responsible for CTQ (Critical to Quality) measurement by metrology tools. You will track the results and upload into system. When needed, you need to carry out remeasurement when the product triggered eCAP (electronic Control Action Plan). In this role you will work with area Engineering and Leadership on technical issues and provide area passdowns. You will also be required to follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and safety guidelines and maintain area certifications.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
• To conduct measurement using Metro tools and ensure they meet company's quality specification.
• Set priority for SPC lots and make sure measurement within time frame provided.
• Track in and out measurement activity in ETO and record in lot tracking.
• Highlight any result deviations from quality specification
• Collaborate with production, equipment and process team to address and resolve any eCAP issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives to improve product quality.

Qualification & Requirement:

• SPM or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience are highly encouraged to apply

• Basic computer & Microsoft (Excel, Word, Power Point)

• Can work in shift basis

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a strong curiosity about working in a dynamic environment

• Able to work under minimum supervision.
