Finance and Accounts Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Finance and Accounts Manager to take charge of our company’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will streamline processes, resolve current financial challenges, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including tax laws and e-invoicing. This role is crucial to aligning our financial practices with industry standards and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

-Financial Operations Management

-Oversee daily financial activities to ensure accurate and efficient processes. -Resolve current financial and operational hiccups, ensuring real-time updates and streamlined workflows.

-Accounting Procedures and Controls

-Develop, implement, and enforce robust accounting procedures and internal controls. -Recommend and oversee the implementation of accounting software to improve efficiency and accuracy.

-Compliance and Reporting

-Ensure compliance with statutory and tax requirements, including e-invoicing regulations. -Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow analysis. -Coordinate with auditors and other external stakeholders to ensure timely compliance.
