Outdoor Sales Executive
Job Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and on-site client visits as part of outdoor sales strategies. • Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs, provide product consultations, and secure sales deals. • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. • Understand the company’s products (especially those in the printing industry) and market trends to provide professional consultation and identify potential opportunities. • Propose tailored solutions based on client needs, negotiate and finalize agreements, and oversee project implementation. • Monitor competitor activities and provide regular reports and forecasts for management review. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Candidate must prossess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, preferred Mandarin.
- Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
- Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
