- Support the team in maintaining accurate records of bookings, customer details, and tour trackers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers and industry partners to ensure competitive rates and excellent service.
- Provide clients with up-to-date information on travel options, packages, and pricing.
- Contribute ideas to promote tour products.
- Stay updated on current travel trends, destinations, and industry regulations.
- Plan and sell comprehensive travel experiences, including accommodations, transportation, and travel insurance.
- Handle and resolve client complaints or travel-related issues, including emergencies and unforeseen problems.
- Monitor and address customer feedback to continuously improve the travel experience offered.
- Keep up to date with changes and trends in the travel industry, including attending conferences and training sessions.
- Maintain relationships with key partners to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Advise clients on necessary travel documents, including visas and passports.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in the tourism and travel industry (Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic travel management software is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and cultural insights is an advantage.
