  • Keep up to date with changes and trends in the travel industry, including attending conferences and training sessions.
  • Maintain relationships with key partners to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Advise clients on necessary travel documents, including visas and passports.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years of experience in the tourism and travel industry (Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic travel management software is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of popular travel destinations and cultural insights is an advantage.
