Car Park Attendant(Paradigm Mall JB)

1. To assist the Carpark Supervisor performing cash collections and change funds replenishments at all the APS and other point of sale (POS) at least once a day and escorted by the security guards. 2. Responsible to monitor carpark control and monitoring system during his / her shift and to inform the Carpark Supervisor if the systems faulty or not working properly or when customer required assistance. 3. To perform weekday cleaning tasks of all the carpark equipment and assisted by other carpark personnel. 4. To assist the team as and when required mainly on traffic management e.g. divert, distribute vehicles to other exits etc. with the assistance of the security personnel during congestion. 5. To assist customers in a polite and friendly manners. 6. To perform frequent patrolling in the carpark area as to ensure that carpark area is safe for customers to park their vehicles and to ensure that the operations run smoothly. 7. Responsible to notify respective departments i.e. maintenance, security and housekeeping on any issues/matters in the carpark premise which relate to these departments. 8. To take additional assignments assigned by the management from time to time.
