Key Responsibilities: 1. Food Quality and Service Standards: - Ensure all food items meet established quality standards and are presented attractively. - Handle customer feedback promptly and effectively to enhance customer satisfaction. 2. Stall Operations: - Oversee stall cleanliness, maintenance, and compliance with health and safety regulations. - Monitor inventory levels, implement cost control measures, and achieve sales targets. 3. Daily Operations Management: - Supervise daily stall operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service. - Coordinate internal communication among team members to foster a collaborative work environment. 4. Product Development: - Develop new products and menu items to enhance the stall's competitiveness and attract new customers. Qualifications: - Minimum SPM or it's equivalent - Preferably 3 years experience in F&B industry and possess F&B management skills. - Previous experience in a supervisory role in food service or retail is preferred. - Strong leadership and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Flexibility to work on rotational shift, overtime, weekends, and holidays.
