Software Developer (Full Stack)

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in software development in a product company, with a strong background in creating innovative solutions, frontend web applications, and backend APIs. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for both individual contributions and collaborative teamwork to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain software applications, including frontend web apps and backend APIs, to meet business requirements and technical specifications. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and identify technical solutions. • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards. • Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and performance. • Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in software development to continuously improve skills and contribute to innovation. • Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, stand-up meetings, and retrospectives. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development. Preferably familiar with healthcare customer requirements and regulations. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Java, Python, or similar. • Knowledge and experience working with database systems like SQL, and NoSQL databases. • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
