PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

-Supervise and also work together with the production team in the various production process, including Weighing, Mixing & Packing. Being hands-on in all processes is expected; - Manage timely and ensure production schedule is followed - Responsible to oversee the batching activities - Ensure the in-line product is complied with product specification - Lead, motivate and direct subordinates to achieve production targets - Act as the middle person between the production team and all other departments to ensure production plan is carried out smoothly; - Making sure that all production areas are safe and hygienic places to work and maintained at all times. Also to ensure all team members adhere to safety and cleanliness SOPs; - Quality Assurance - Ensure all products are maintained in its quality, packed in the right packaging and produced in a timely manner according to the daily and weekly production plan; - Inventory Planning - Ensure necessary materials are available and organised in the production area
