Automation Tester (Selenium) - Banking Domain

Job Description: - We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with expertise in Selenium to join our banking technology team. As an Automation Tester in the banking domain, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our banking applications through automated testing processes. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement effective testing strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver for -banking applications. - Design and implement test automation frameworks tailored to the unique requirements of the banking domain. - Conduct thorough testing of various banking functionalities, including account management, transactions, security features, and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and user stories, and translate them into test scenarios and scripts. - Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of banking applications across different releases and updates. Requirements: - Proven experience as an Automation Tester with a focus on Selenium WebDriver, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. - Strong understanding of banking processes, regulations, and compliance requirements. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#, with a focus on building robust test automation scripts. - Experience with test management tools like Jira, HP ALM, or Zephyr. - Solid knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX, with an understanding of how they apply to banking applications. - ISTQB or similar certification in software testing, with a focus on test automation.
