- Engage with paid users via phone and online, offering regular one-on-one learning support.
- Track user learning, provide feedback, resolve issues, and help achieve learning goals.
- Improve renewal rates, complete work plans and monthly sales tasks, and update the student database.
- Boost customer satisfaction, grow customer base, and encourage referrals.
- Join meetings and training, complete daily sales reports, and handle additional tasks as assigned.
- Perform any other tasks related to the role as directed by the company.
- Possess minimum SPM or above
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin. Hokkien speakers would be an advantage. You will deal with Taiwanese clients.
- Able to speak in English & Mandarin
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
