  • Calculating, estimating, managing & refining all monetary costs and expenditure associated with a project.
  • Ensuring that project quality, compliance and regulatory standards are maintained at the highest levels.
  • Taking accurate quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission.
  • Once the construction is underway, there are frequent site visits and meetings with contractors and supply vendors
  • Checking that materials and equipment meet contract specifications
  • Ordered quantities meet with project estimations and budgets.
  • In the final stage, preparing variation orders including settlement of final account is required upon project completion.
  • Seeking funding sources and submitting bids
  • Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
  • Performing risk analysis evaluations
  • Cost control
  • Writing reports
  • Preparing and submitting final accounts
  • Making valuations
  • Providing advice and forecasts about costs
  • Coordinating with all the involved parties.
  • Diploma/Degree in Building Construction Management and Quantity Surveying
  • Preferable with at least 2-3 years experiences in Interior Design Industry
  • Adequate verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowing extra language will be an added advantage
  • Strong numerical and IT Skills
