- Calculating, estimating, managing & refining all monetary costs and expenditure associated with a project.
- Ensuring that project quality, compliance and regulatory standards are maintained at the highest levels.
- Taking accurate quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission.
- Once the construction is underway, there are frequent site visits and meetings with contractors and supply vendors
- Checking that materials and equipment meet contract specifications
- Ordered quantities meet with project estimations and budgets.
- In the final stage, preparing variation orders including settlement of final account is required upon project completion.
- Seeking funding sources and submitting bids
- Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- Performing risk analysis evaluations
- Cost control
- Writing reports
- Preparing and submitting final accounts
- Making valuations
- Providing advice and forecasts about costs
- Coordinating with all the involved parties.
- Diploma/Degree in Building Construction Management and Quantity Surveying
- Preferable with at least 2-3 years experiences in Interior Design Industry
- Adequate verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowing extra language will be an added advantage
- Strong numerical and IT Skills
