Calculating, estimating, managing & refining all monetary costs and expenditure associated with a project.
Ensuring that project quality, compliance and regulatory standards are maintained at the highest levels.
Taking accurate quantities, sourcing subcontractors and suppliers, pricing and preparation of tender submission.
Once the construction is underway, there are frequent site visits and meetings with contractors and supply vendors
Checking that materials and equipment meet contract specifications
Ordered quantities meet with project estimations and budgets.
In the final stage, preparing variation orders including settlement of final account is required upon project completion.
Seeking funding sources and submitting bids
Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
Performing risk analysis evaluations
Cost control
Writing reports
Preparing and submitting final accounts
Making valuations
Providing advice and forecasts about costs
Coordinating with all the involved parties.

Diploma/Degree in Building Construction Management and Quantity Surveying
Preferable with at least 2-3 years experiences in Interior Design Industry
Adequate verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowing extra language will be an added advantage
Strong numerical and IT Skills
Commitment and Independence
Teamworking Skills
Applicant must be a Malaysian Citizen with a valid Driving License
