TT Freight & Logistics is looking for a dedicated Customer Service to manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high-quality service. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support, build strong client relationships, and facilitate smooth logistics processes.

  • Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information on services, rates, and shipment tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve service issues.
  • Manage and update customer accounts and records.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and follow up on service feedback.
  • Assist with customer onboarding and service improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare and submit customer service reports to management.
  • Proven proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin.
  • Minimum secondary school education; diploma in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
