  • Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave and salary data.
  • Assists in enforcing company policies and handling employee discipline and relations issues.
  • Track employee performance and support training and development activities.
  • Update personnel files and prepare HR related reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of HR experience (recruitment, payroll, or employee relations preferred)
  • Familiar with labor laws and related regulations.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR management systems.
  • Fluent in English and Malay, Chinese proficiency is a plus.
