- Responsible for the recruitment process, including posting positions, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Manage employee onboarding, attendance, leave and salary data.
- Assists in enforcing company policies and handling employee discipline and relations issues.
- Track employee performance and support training and development activities.
- Update personnel files and prepare HR related reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of HR experience (recruitment, payroll, or employee relations preferred)
- Familiar with labor laws and related regulations.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and HR management systems.
- Fluent in English and Malay, Chinese proficiency is a plus.
