This role will be part of the management which need to handle the customers from pre-stay to after-stay, and make sure the customers are satisfy through out the period.

  • Handle customer enquiries/bookings
  • Handle customer check in / out process (by phone whatsapp)
  • Arrange cleaner on room cleaning
  • Lead the team as a team leader
  • Prepare daily report to Manager
  • Administrative work

To be successful in this role, you will need to be patience, passionate on Hotel line, problem solving skill and etc.

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Possess O'level, A level, Diploma, Degree
  • With minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Microsoft Office, Google Sheets & Google Docs
  • High Communication Skill on both speaking and writing
  • Able to work on public holiday (replacement leave provided)
  • On call after office hour (allowance provided)
