  • Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration
  • Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations
  • Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations when necessary.
  • Develop and administer HR policies and procedures.
  • Screen resumes, arrange and conduct interview process with the hiring manager.
  • Manage end to end on the on/off boarding process.
  • Liaise with agency and government if necessary as well as HRDC fund
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Well-versed in Employment Act 1955 and other relevant labor guidelines.
  • Responsible on office wellbeing and maintenance.
  • Provide monthly HR related reports as and when needed by the Group Management
  • Assist in any other HR tasks as assigned.
  • Candidates must at least possess a Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-4 years of working experience as a HR and Recruitment coordinator.
  • Able to communicate well in English and Mandarin.
  • Good working knowledge of mandatory local labor legislations and human resources practices.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Strong planning and organizing skills, independent, result-orientated, and a team player.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, independent, and highly motivated individual.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications.
