Full Responsibilities:- Packing bird's nest in a box or nylon, then placing IT into the pallet.
- Prepare packaging materials such as sponge and bubble wrap as per the order given by the superior.
- Stick nutrition labels on products as assigned.
- Loading pallets for export.
- Ensure all data entry is keyed in within the time frame.
- Ensure all data entry tallies with stock on-site in terms of quantity, weight, and item description.
- Troubleshoot and identify if any problems occur.
- Be able to communicate with other departments to ensure results are delivered.
- Generate data entry reports and report to the superior daily on work progress.
- Assist in QC tasks as and when required to ensure all compliance with standards and SOP.
- Any other task assigned by the superior from time to time.
Partial Responsibilities:- Assist in receiving packaging materials.
- Assist in unloading packaging materials sent by the supplier.
Qualification:- Possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM.
Experience:- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Professional Knowledge:- Able to read, write, and do simple calculation.
Soft Skills and Others:- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and ability to organize workload are essential.
- Able to work overtime.
