Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing recruitment agency seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes within the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain office systems, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports, letters, and other documents as required.
2. Recruitment Operations
- Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and job placements.
3. Client and Candidate Relations
- Support the recruitment team in liaising with clients and candidates.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and updates on recruitment progress.
4. Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all candidate and client documentation is complete and compliant with legal requirements.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum diploma in business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Prior experience in administration or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
