Junior Debt Collector for E-Commerce at Bangsar South - Contract (up to RM 3500)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform collection calling activity for inbound / outbound and negotiate payments for past due cases including email and SMS
• Attention to detail, manage the complaint with empathy and escalate to relevant area for solutions
• Prepare daily tracking of performance report
• Strictly adheres to all rules and regulations such as collection regulations and fair credit practices etc.
• Other duties as assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, accounting or business administration or related field
• 1-2 years working experiences in debt collection
• Proficient in required language (Read and Write)- English and/ or Native Language ; (Native language have ability to read and write English)
• Familiar with computer operating system and Office software
• Good negotiation skills and able to work under pressure
• Candidate must have experience in using Auto dialer telephone system
• High level of integrity and honesty
• Self-driven and proactive
• Well-organized and able to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines

Job Details :

• Working days/hours : Monday - Friday / 9AM-6PM
• Working location : Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
• Status : Contract
• Duration : up to 1 year (subject to extension based on performance and approval)
• Salary: up to RM 3500 (based on last drawn salary and experience)
• Performance Incentive: up to RM 1000 (depending on performance & KPI)
