Responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities of Project and Engineering department in line with the department and company's objective and mission.
Assist HOD in ensuring all approved policies, procedures and procedures are disseminated in a proper and timely manner within the department and where applicable, throughout the department / company.
Assist HOD in monitoring and supervising in order to comply the requirements as set forth by the Quality and Environment Management. This includes proper recording of work activities, analyse and document findings and document change.
Maintain and update relevant procedure for Project and Engineering department.
Provide solution and/or improvements towards the overall department's activities.

Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university or institution.
Must be registered or in the process of registering with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM).
Ability to read, write, and speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in physical asset management with the ability to demonstrate competencies in work planning and performance measurement.
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with condition monitoring methodologies.
Self-motivated, self-disciplined, dependable, innovative, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to produce comprehensive technical reports, procedures, and other related documents
