- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Ensure proper filing and housekeeping of company documents.
- General administration which includes corresponding with external parties (suppliers, customers, etc).
- Perform administration functions including paying utilities bills, tax installment, expenses claim and insurance, etc.
- Provide administrative support such as flight and accommodation booking.
- Monitor, manage and administrate contracts renewals, termination, expiry and arrears.
- General maintenance and upkeep of office equipment
- Any other adhoc administrative jobs assigned from time to time.
- Able to travel (have a valid driver's license).
- 5 to 5.5 working days arrangement.
- Possess at least SPM or equivalent.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- 1 to 2 years of administrative experience preferred.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Salary: RM2000 - RM3000 per month
