JOB DESCRIPTION- Utilize various Social Media/Ecommerce platform achieve business goal (Eg shopee, tiktok, lazada, facebook, instagram, google, youtube, XHS)
- Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive benchmarks.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet ROI and revenue targets
- Plan, execute, and manage performance-driven marketing campaigns
- Develop strategies to attract new customers and retain existing
- Optimize website content and structure to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage paid search campaigns to drive targeted traffic and sales
- Work closely with the sales, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on marketing campaigns and inventory availability.
- Support new product launches with marketing materials and promotional strategies.
REQUIREMENT- Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles.
- Strong experience understanding Ecommerce and social media platforms Eg: Facebook, Google ads, Instagram, Tiktok, Xiao Hong Shu etc. to capture potential leads.
- Build and manage the company’s social media presence to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets and achieving ROI targets.
- Proficient employ various digital marketing tools to achieve business goals
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and online advertising best practices.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
