  • Administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services.

  • Manage and operate within approved marketing budgets supporting the overall business plan.
  • Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyze and recommend actions based on the status of individual customers or groups of customers.
  • Create and present sales performance reports. Organize and support sales and marketing reporting.
  • Work with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
  • Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market. Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Work with other departments to determine effective solutions for customers.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Biotech, Biomedical, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a Science-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, pharma, GP clinics, and/or medical devices.
  • Sales-driven and eager to expand their own connections and network.
  • High-level communication, networking, and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 80% of the time within the region to develop the market.
  • Able to attend to client’s needs and possess good teamwork skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
