- Administer the company marketing and sales function to identify and develop new opportunities within existing and new customers for products and services.
- Implement the local go-to-market product marketing strategy and all marketing activities.

- Manage and execute the preparation, issuance, and delivery of marketing materials including websites, sales collateral, graphics, exhibit properties, advertising, and promotional programs.
- Manage and operate within approved marketing budgets supporting the overall business plan.
- Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyze and recommend actions based on the status of individual customers or groups of customers.
- Create and present sales performance reports. Organize and support sales and marketing reporting.
- Work with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Track sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
- Analyze and create a plan for engaging the target market. Analyze the competition to create a plan for engagement.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Work with other departments to determine effective solutions for customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Biotech, Biomedical, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a Science-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, pharma, GP clinics, and/or medical devices.
- Sales-driven and eager to expand their own connections and network.
- High-level communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel up to 80% of the time within the region to develop the market.
- Able to attend to client’s needs and possess good teamwork skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage.
