  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Experience in training and developing teams.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and use IT to drive decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Working hours : Monday - Friday (Semi flexi working hours)
