Document Preparation & Order Processing- Ensure proper keying in & filing of documents (eg, Quotation, Sales order, Work Order)
Tender/Project preparation and submission coordination- Ensure timely submission of proposals in compliance with hospital/ customer’s requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documents & details for tenders.
Customer Service & Sales Support- Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding products and services.
- Coordinate between sales agent and technical team to ensure issues are well attended to.
- Assist in following up on After sales service.
- Scheduling & Liaising Demo, T&C, PPM between customer, sales agents & technical team.
- Ensure follow-ups are conducted promptly to maintain sales agent and customer satisfaction.
Attention to detail, able to work well in team.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Any experience in customer service, tender coordination, project management, ePerolehan is an advantage.
