Document Preparation & Order Processing

  • Ensure proper keying in & filing of documents (eg, Quotation, Sales order, Work Order)

    Tender/Project preparation and submission coordination

    • Ensure timely submission of proposals in compliance with hospital/ customer’s requirements.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documents & details for tenders.

      Customer Service & Sales Support

      • Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding products and services.
      • Coordinate between sales agent and technical team to ensure issues are well attended to.
      • Assist in following up on After sales service.
      • Scheduling & Liaising Demo, T&C, PPM between customer, sales agents & technical team.
      • Ensure follow-ups are conducted promptly to maintain sales agent and customer satisfaction.

  • Attention to detail, able to work well in team.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Any experience in customer service, tender coordination, project management, ePerolehan is an advantage.
