Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team by preparing artwork, quotation and invoice.
  • Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Handle inquiries from clients.

    Order Management:

    • Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products or services.
    • Coordinate with logistics, inventory, and supply chain teams to resolve any issues related to orders.

      Communication and Coordination:

      • Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and internal departments such as marketing and operations.

        Administrative Tasks:

        • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, contracts, and customer interactions.

          Customer Relationship Management:

          • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
          • Address client concerns or complaints promptly and escalate them to the appropriate team if needed.

Education:

  • SPM or above

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 1–3 years in sales support, customer service, or administrative roles.

      Skills:

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, sales teams, and other departments.
      • Basic skill in AI and photoshop
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
      • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
