Planning and Scheduling

Develop and maintain production schedules that align with delivery dates, customer orders, and inventory levels.
Estimate needs for equipment, raw materials, and manpower.
Allocate resources according to the work required.
Monitor inventory to prevent disruptions in the production process.

Technical Proficiency

Well-versed in the production process involving IC chips extraction.
Able to operate machinery and equipment independently, if necessary.
Possess analytical abilities to handle day-to-day production operations of the company.

Supervising

Oversee the production process and ensure all stations operate at optimal levels.
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during production, including but not limited to machinery malfunctions.
Prepare status and performance reports for upper management and provide effective solutions to improve efficiency, if required.

Communication

Communicate directly with clients to ensure production meets their needs.
Liaise with the procurement department to maintain sufficient inventory for production.

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in Electrical & Electronic engineering or a related field.
Able to converse in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
Proficiency in Mandarin is required for dealing with clients and suppliers.
Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, etc.
Experience in the SAP system is an added advantage.
