PURCHASING EXECUTIVE - RAWANG

1. To monitor in-coming raw materials is sufficient for production from the Purchasing Section 2. To keep track on production scheduling by Production Department 3. To solve problem for Purchasing Section, Computer Material Controller Section and Store Section, if there is any communication break down between the abovementioned sections with other departments in BETAMEK 4. To monitor the performance of vendors services 5. Responsible in the management IATF 16949:2016 procedure & implementation. 6. Research and evaluate potential vendors and supplier 7. Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and supplier 8. To ensure the buying price of raw material is reasonable & compliance with our QA standard/requirement. 9. To negotiate a good terms of payment, shipping method and delivery lead time. 10. To get sample of raw materials to R&D department to analyse & prepare approval document. 11. To monitor the clearance of cargo in airports, port klang and other stations from the custom by forwarding agent. 12. To liaise with our forwarding agent regarding delivery. 13. Work out comparison when have new item, new machine, new equipment, costs up and others related cost issue matter. 14. Issue Supplier & Purchase Agreement to new supplier. 15. Issue Mould Agreement to vendor when have new mould. 16. Submit purchase orders, invoice & delivery orders to account department for monthly closing. 17. To arrange & attend quality meeting with vendor and IQC member to discuss vendor improvement action & follow up countermeasure report. 18. To ensure vendor received NG part for analyse. 19. Arrange vendor do sorting & follow up the replacement for NG parts/ request vendor issue C/N to Betamek if no replacement provided.
