R&D Project Engineer

1. Plan project schedule and project timeline. 2. Coordinate with customer about development problem. 3. Arrange samples delivery to customer. 4. Prepare and submit customer durability testing report. 5. Coordinate with electronic, mechanical & testing engineers in development activities to meet project target timeline. 6. Onsite support new product trial-run. 7. Handle engineering change activities to customer. 8. Update project KPls. 9. Identify potential project risks. 10. Communicate project risks and their potential impact to stakeholders and senior management regularly. 11. Maintain documentation, including project schedule, test report, test standard and customer documents. 12. Ensuring compliance to all Health, Safety and Environmental Social Governance procedural and practices.
