Asset & Purchasing Manager

1. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning related to asset. 2. Work closely with finance and technical departments to plan for asset acquisitions. 3. Analyze on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best deal. 4. Monitor market trends to make informed decisions on purchasing goods at competitive prices. 5. Resolve issues related to delayed deliveries, defective products, or quality control concerns. 6. Supervise and manage staff. 7. Apply purchase request and submit payment application though system. 8. Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities and ensure proper documentation is kept for all procurement transactions. 9. Willing to travel and work outstation as and when required. 10. Prioritize candidate who is able to speak Mandarin.
